Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community. Requirements include:
- Cats and Dogs Allowed
- Max 2 Pets per apartment home
One Time Pet Fee: $300 (one pet) / $600 (two pets)
Monthly Pet Rent: $20 (per pet)
RESTRICTIONS: Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Restrictions: Pit Bull, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Dog, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chow Chow, Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, French Mastiff, Old English Mastiff, Standard Poodles, Affenpinscher, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos and any mix containing one of these breeds.
